It's a good hand soap
Work perfectly fine, there are ignorant people who write in the reviews things they know nothing about, like it does not work. it's different from the past ones, why is that an issue, it's fine, works just like before. It cleans your hands and kills the germs and viruses, what else is it supposed to do? My family and I are very happy with it, we have used it before and will continue to use it.
Does Not Work Like It Used To!
I used to buy the larger size which has been discontinued. I was told the soap formulation did not change. I do not see the yellow flecks that used to be there. I put this into a built in soap dispenser on my kitchen sink which i have been using for years with the old kitchen fresh soft soap and it has turned white and does not wash near as well. I probably will not buy again.
Not What I Ordered
Did not get the antibacterial soap with Crisp Clean scent. They sent me Coconut and Warm Ginger. Will be returning for the correct product.
LOVE IT but...
When I first received this item it came leaking a little almost from all the bottles. It came as described with 6 bottles, good size! I love the scent and this was IS antibacterial included!! FOR FUTURE please fix or better the packaging for this item. So we don’t get items coming in leaking, it isn’t fun to receive damaged like items that we pay for.
3.0 out of 5 stars Not the old formula, Yes the "formula" has changed
I use to buy the big refill bottles that Wal mart had and it was a dark orange color and was thicker also the smell was more pronounced. Now the refills are very thin more watery, doesn't have the stronger scent. I read that there was a push by the FDA to ban certain antibacterial additives in 2016-2017 ( dont know if this is the case with this product ). If this truly is the new formula and they are using the old bottle stickers yet with "antibacterial" on them it is misleading and also false advertising. ""Colgate-Palmolive also is moving from triclosan in its hand soaps. It formerly marketed Softsoap brand antibacterial hand soap containing triclosan, with a label claiming elimination of 99 percent of germs. It is now rolling out a new line of Softsoap hand soaps which merely state that they "wash away bacteria." The back label of the new Softsoap "Kitchen Fresh Hands" bottle reminds purchasers that "The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states that keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take. It is best to wash hands with soap and clean running water for 20 seconds.""
